Feline Medicine Distance Education

Feline Medicine Distance Education

If cats could talk, they'd be the first to tell you that they require refined, particular and focused care.

An unwell cat poses many unique challenges to the small animal practitioner and the difference between managing canine and feline patients (in both the art and the science of veterinary medicine) is well recognised.

This course is designed to reinforce, deepen and broaden your knowledge of feline medicine in a practical, interactive and enjoyable way. In addition, it will provide you with valuable information to make your practice more feline friendly. Cement your knowledge with the case-focused workshop.

The Feline Medicine Distance Education course is truly an international course. Depending on your location once you enrol you will join a cohort of participants in your part of the world. The CVE has partnered with the ISFM to provide and promote the Feline Medicine Distance Education course in UK and Europe. The CVE has also partnered with the AAFP to promote this course in the US and Canada.

The ISFM and AAFP members are entitled to enrol in this course at a special course partner rate.

Hear Carolyn O'Brien tell you more about this course:

Past Participant:

I have thoroughly enjoyed the CVE Feline Medicine course. The course content, listserv and assignments have helped me to become a better vet. The tutors were fantastic and very encouraging. As a sole practice vet, I found this course exactly what I needed. This course was not just for vets in state of the art referral centres but catered for vets working in small clinics with very little diagnostic equipment.
Orla Fitzpatrick, Auckland NZ
