Jack joined the CVE team in January 2019. He thrives in high volume, fast-paced environments combining high-level customer service and interpersonal skills with a voracious attention to detail to create an environment where all stakeholders; students, tutors and staff can learn and work in an environment conducive to positivity and efficacy. 
Jack has spent the past 7 years in the education sector specialising in international student services and is excited to put his expertise and passion for high quality customer experience here at the CVE.
