Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is open to veterinarians, veterinary nurses, veterinary technicians and affiliated veterinary professionals.
  2. To be eligible, entrants must join or renew an eligible CVE Individual Membership or Practice Membership with payment completed by 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026.
  3. Existing members who renew early and new members who join during the promotional period are eligible.
  4. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. No separate entry is required.
  5. Practice Membership entries apply to the practice entity only. Individual staff members linked to a Practice Membership are not entered separately unless they also hold an eligible Individual Membership.
  6. The prize pool consists of:
    • Three (3) Individual Member prizes of $500 Professional Development Funding each.
    • One (1) Practice Member prize of $1,500 Professional Development Funding to be used for the professional development of the practice team.
  7. Professional Development Funding must be redeemed on eligible CVE education products, services, programs or events and is not redeemable for cash.
  8. Funding must be used within 12 months of the prize winner notification date unless otherwise advised by CVE.
  9. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
  10. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details linked to their membership.
  11. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, CVE reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
  13. By entering, winners agree to allow CVE to use their name, practice name and/or likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
  14. CVE reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
  15. CVE’s decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By joining or renewing during the promotional period, eligible members are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
