Rachel Korman

After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2000, Rachel worked in small animal practice in both Australia and the United Kingdom and received a "Cynthia Award" by the Feline Advisory Bureau for her dedication to cats. Rachel completed three years as the Feline Advisory Bureau Senior Clinical Training Scholar at the University of Bristol and after returning to Australia became a fellow of the Australia New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Feline Medicine. She is director of Cat Specialist Services, a feline only multidisciplinary referral hospital.
Rachel has lectured extensively in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and areas of interest include endocrinology, urinary disease, geriatric medicine and liver disease. She has two cats, an elderly distinguished Burmese (Professor Moriarty) and a rubbish bin cat (Wicket) and a slightly less geriatric Chihuahua (Whinnie). Oh and two kids, She divides her spare time between them!
