Lynda Rutherford graduated from the Royal (Dick) Veterinary College, University of Edinburgh in 2005. She worked in rural mixed practice in Cheshire, England for 10 months before working in a small animal only practice, with a high surgical case load. Lynda completed a one year rotating Internship at the Royal Veterinary Collage (RVC), London in 2009-2010 before undertaking a residency in Small Animal Surgery also at the RVC. After completing her residency she passed the European College of Veterinary Surgery Diploma examinations in 2015. Lynda has been working as a soft tissue surgeon at the RVC since completing her residency and she enjoys the challenge and multidisciplinary approach of trauma cases.
