Cranial Cruciate Ligament Disease: TPLO, TTA , extra-capsular or none of the above Dr Rui Sul is a Senior Registrar in Small Animal Surgery at the University Veterinary Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Sydney. Graduating from the University of Utad in Portugal, Rui worked in general practice in the UK before completing a surgical residency at the University of Glasgow. He worked in a large private referral hospital before moving to Sydney.
